Breakdown Drills for the 4-Out 1-In Motion Offense

These are not breakdown drills at all. These are side games and VERY difficult to take this and do it in your own practice. Would be GREAT if there was some kind of written plan with this that showed what a typical practice looked like and how these drills fit in to that as well as what actions are being covered. Overall just very confusing and time lost watching it that I won't get back.

Drills are basic, and are shown on air and some with defense. Great video, and worth purchasing if you are going to be using and implementing the offense.

Jay Wright gives you tons of breakdown drills for his motion offense (forwards, wings, and combo drills). This DVD is the perfect compliment to his 4 out 1 in motion offense DVD. After watching both DVDs the offense really comes to life and is easy to implement into your program. I only wished I would have found these DVDs earlier in my career!

The step by step breakdown of the 4 Out 1 In Motion Offense is easy to follow. Coach Wright takes the time to teach the build up of the offense and the basic movement of players by position.

5-Star Rating. This DVD is probably among the oldest of the Championship collection of DVDS and there is a pretty darn good reasoning why; excellence!! Excellence for coaching instruction. Jay Wright is among the elite coaches in the basketball game today and this DVD shows why. I like the progression of drills that Coach Wright presents and ease of instruction. I also like this DVD because Coach Wright shows a few drills but you can use your imagination and create several more options from the basic ones that are presented in this DVD. Even though the DVD runs for 45 minutes .I believe that those 45 minutes are well worth it. No long discussions about what a coach did years ago. No long stories about random stuff that does not have to do with basketball. This DVD just right into the offense and gives you drills that you can use to install the 4 out 1 in Offense. Great DVD 5-Star rating.

I really learned alot from this video. The breakdown drills are great way to teach this motion offense. Coach Wright is an excellent teacher and I learned alot on how to implement this offense

I wrote a review about the 4out 1 in offence dvd that Jay Wright has explaining his offence. If you decide to implement this System, you must buy this dvd. It is really the key of the entire system. I found I used his break down drills for shooting practice to help build habits into our players and proper footwork. This is an outstanding dvd. You can never go wrong with Jay's teaching.
