As happens with many of these videos, coach Moran talks for quite a while about how he came across this idea and his background for over 20 minutes - too long.
The concept is to break your players into multiple teams. Teams don't have to be 5 players, they can be any number greater than one. The benefit is that you get to play more players, and players are ready to play. He swaps in based on the number of possessions, say 8 possessions and swap in a new team or partial team.
The biggest issue is that while this is an OK idea, I'm not sure a video is needed to explain it. If your coaching C-team or JV, you are probably already doing something like this to some extent.
The last 30+ minutes are drills, focusing mostly on special situations, trapping, ball screens, etc. The problem here is that most aren't well explained, as his assistant coaches aren't mic'd up. They also move very fast from one drill to the next, with each drill shown for about a minute or less (the rest is setup).
From his record it's obvious that coach Moran knows what he's doing. Unfortunately this video is not a good representation. It would have been better I think had he just focused on the drills and explained them slower and in more detail, and gone through each a couple of times. As it stands, it's a tough video to watch. 2/5 stars
