The warm-up drills aren't bad here, but I know I've seen them somewhere else - maybe Bob Hurley's videos? The biggest issue is the players just don't seem to be into it, so you don't see the drills at anywhere near their optimum.
There is a good progression of drills here, from pass fakes progressing into feeding the post into post sealing into x-cuts. She does go into screening the zone and breaking it down. Coach Curry comes across very well and obviously knows how to attack a zone defense, but the uninterested players bring it down.
Her Yankee Gold zone offense with the shallow cut at the ft line to feed the post is good. She also shows a progression from this that screens the top of a 2-3 on the strong side and then goes into stacks. These are good zone offense options against a 2-3 zone i think, not new but good if you're looking to add some new elements for your zone offense.
One negative is that none of these sets are run at full speed against the defense, and many are run only once or twice requiring you to watch it a few times to get it. She adds a few quick hitters in the last 10 minutes (Syracuse, Spartan, Boston) that are also good.
I picked this up on the secondary market, and cheap at that. I like seeing the older out of print videos and there are some good ones out there. This one misses the mark but not by much. 4/5 stars, skip the warm-ups and watch the zone offense portion.
