This starts out with coach explaining his coaching experience at the McDonald's All Star game, and how he approached it and what he asked of the players he was coaching. This takes about 10 minutes, and the remaining 50 minutes are all progression drills.
He goes through progression drills for offensive transition (3v2, 2v1), rebounding, defensive fundamentals, defensive transition, defensive identity, etc usually building from 1v1 and adding more players. All drills are thoroughly explained in advance. Some of these I liked better than others, but all would fit easily into most programs.
This is another solid video by coach Allocco, with the only surprise being that there were no stories about Ara Parseghian. Great drills, very focused presentation as always with good breakdowns of each drill. A great addition to my CP library. Recommended. 5/5 stars.
