Jack Bennett: Championship Drills for "Sound Basketball"

Playing "Sound Basketball" is a concept so important to Coach Jack Bennett that he has developed his coaching philosophy toward that goal, his team practice drills are based on reinforcing it, and it is his teams' "soundness" with the ball that Bennett can point to as evidence in back-to-back National Championship titles!
In three of the most important games of the last two seasons, one semifinal and the two championship games, Bennett's teams had an astounding 49 assists and only 15 turnovers. They had no turnovers in the second half of the 2005 Championship Game due, in large part, to the drills shared on this video.
These drills will make your team a better passing team - this translates into an effective, more aggressive offense! In this video, Coach Bennett shares his philosophy and teaches seven comprehensive possession drills that start out 2-on-0 and build up to 4-on-4, half- and full-court.
Bennett also discusses the common errors that players make and offers simple corrections. In addition, extensive game footage highlights the benefits of the drills when "the pressure is on."
