Every coach needs a reservoir of plays in his or her hip pocket to draw upon in a variety of situations where you need a bucket.
These plays become ‘go-to’ options for those times when you want to throw a different look at opposing defenses – especially those opponents who have your team well scouted or have been shutting down the bread-and-butter scoring options in your offense.
Your arsenal of good ‘go-to’ plays also need to be flexible and comprised of sets run from a variety of live-game situations and different types of defense, such as: end-of-game situations in different time-remaining scenarios, sideline inbounds plays, baseline inbounds plays, early offense quick hitters, half-court sets, after-timeout plays (ATOs) and the many other unique circumstances that pop up during the course of a hard-fought game.

Armed with an array of ‘go-to’ plays to draw upon, coaches will feel confident that your prepared to handle any outside-the-norm situation you may find yourself in.
