Be Aware of the Blocker
Drill Summary: A simple drill to help setters practice making reads against middle blockers is to have someone set up in the middle blocking position and make slight movements prior to a set. Based on which direction the middle blocker moves, the setter must set the opposite direction so the offense can attack the weak side of the defense.
