While this DVD contains some good ideas, it is a big waste of time and money. Watching kids run for 15 minutes of a 45 minute video? You only needed to show a couple of minutes at the most while you showed the various runs and tumbles you make them do. Do we really need to waste this much time on such a short video showing kids do sit-ups and push-ups? It is almost exploitative that you charge $40 for this video. Very disappointed!
