Coach Swenson breaks down the move from proper stance, through set-up (focusing on an inside hook), how to get deep penetration all the way through to taking your opponent to the mat. Along the way he covers what to do if your opponent tries to tie up your hands, tries to block you with an underhook, how to score from a crack down position and more.

Swenson demonstrates seven different finishes for the high crotch, as well as three set-ups. He includes drills to help reinforce the technique. This is an excellent series that will get more points for your wrestlers.
