This was an okay video. It was very basic but I got a couple of ideas from it. I was just expecting more from one of the best Coaches. Also the camera angles were not always the best and the instruction was realy slow. I would recomend this DVD for the beginner that has never wrestled before. For something faster and a bit more advanced, I think I will stick to the college instructional DVD's. I would give it a 4 out of 5 Stars.
