For those of you who don't know, the high crotch is the move Brent Metcalf is known for. He has hit the high crotch on some of the best competitors at a world class level.

This is an excellent DVD and Brent is surprisingly a great teacher. His proficiency and expertise in this position really shines through during this DVD. He starts off by showing the optimal posture and position you want to be in as you hit a high crotch, that give you the greatest success in finishing it off. He then shows different finishes based on your opponents reactions and set ups for the hight crotch.

An excellent DVD. I cannot recommend this DVD highly enough! Metcalf has a great teaching style and I'm sure after he retires from international competition, he will be taking up a coaching position.

If you're into the high crotch and need some new ideas then by all means pick up this video. Lot's of great set ups and finishes that go very deep into detail. I learned a bunch of great new tricks that have already started to click for me. Invest the money for this video, trust me you'll be glad you did.
