After he briefly explains his philosophy he jumps right into season planning followed by a high level overview of practice planning. He assumes you have the requisite knowledge of an experienced coach therefore at times novice coaches will be in over their heads (types of drills, peaking, etc...). You can gain the knowledge needed to understand this video by searching the internet. Overall this is an excellent video. I glean new information from it every time I view it.
