The Hammer Throw is a very technical event. However, Coach Judge simplifies it for both the coach and the athlete. He starts with an understandable teaching progression and then progresses through a series of drills. The purpose of each drill is thoroughly explained. This is the most comprehensive hammer drill video ever produced! Absolutely nothing is left out. Includes drills for the winds, the entry, the work phases and the release.

This a very well presented DVD.
Larry Judge is to be congratulated on the visual quality of the DVD, along with the manner and accuracy of his instructions.
