Ratings & Reviews Becoming a Champion: High Jump for Girls' Track & Field on April 7, 2026 Currently 5/5 Stars.5/5 Stars 5 by AnnF This is a dvd that needs to be in every coach’s and young jumper’s library of high jump resources. Coach Gaita does an extremely good job of clearly explaining some keys to coaching young jumpers and becoming a better jumper. I especially enjoyed her use of a more experienced and less experienced jumper to illustrate her points. If you pay attention and listen closely she also offers some excellent coaching cues. Her presentation is organized, clear, and easy to understand. I’ve purchased and read and watched dozens of high jump coaching resources and am glad I purchased and watched this one. While Karen Gaita shows her knowledge, way to much just talking. Much better videos out there. 2 of 3 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful?
