'Dynamic Doubles Training'

EVERYTHING about this video is not only applicable to high school doubles, it is necessary to learn and incorporate into your program. The A,B,C's of Serving, the Return and Service Position, and Alternative Formations for Doubles Play are especially insightful and helpful. Coach Loeb offers many 'little' tidbits on effective doubles play - 'shifting with the ball', 'court coverage', and 'edge out' are some of my particular favorites. All practice sessions have individual and team workouts to be incorporated within your daily schedule. This video is a one stop destination for any coach. I urge you to get it and use it!
