This is the very best video set for new coaches. I have coached hundreds of swimmers with Quick’s philosophy. Richard Quick makes it simple and understandable. I’ve used it for age group and high school.

Another good series from coach richard quick with quality drills for each strok as well as for starts and turns. The only problem I have with this series is that the posture line and balance segment shot for the freestyle dvd takes up the first 15 minutes of every other stroke dvd in the series.
