I have been coaching for 15 years and I must say I was skeptical thinking I would not find new drills. However, I did find many new drills and cannot wait to use them with my 16U team. This book is a must have for coaches at all levels of play. The drills here are mainly for outdoor practice unless you have an indoor practice area at least the size of the infield.
