Excellent book to add to your weekend reading list. Easy to read with a wealth of great ideas. For example, the RIVER EFFECT. Making sure players (people) feel, Relevant, Inspired, Valued, Empowered, Revered, Just a highlight of some of the great ideas in this great book. Plus this isn't just a sports book. The ideas presented in this book can be applied to your daily life. From teachers to business owners. Managers and future managers. Powerful book that will help develop leadership skills and getting you to think outside of the box. Love this book!!
