While I've done a lot of reading on the subject, I'm not an expert in speed, agility, and quickness training (which is why I got this video in the first place). However, I think this video is very good.
The quality of the video and audio is very good. I didn't have any trouble hearing or seeing anything. I also had no problem seeing the drills being performed.
The video starts with some dynamic warm-up drills, and then goes into a bunch of drills specifically for lacrosse, including agility ladder, cones, partner resistance, and other types of equipment. There are plenty of drills presented so there should be no problem mixing things up and providing enough variety to keep the training interesting for an entire season.
Some of the drills might not be appropriate for youth players, so be sure to consider your audience when implementing these drills.
Given how the game is changing so quickly, I think that spending some time in each practice (and in the off-season) on these types of drills can be very beneficial, as long as they are done correctly, safely, and in appropriate progressions.
If you have no experience with these types of drills, this video is a great starting point.
