I thought this was an average video overall. I was expecting an a to z building block approach to the motion offense from individual, to group, to team, etc. While Coach Clarke does provide some elements of his approach, I didn't feel he tied it all together in a way that would give me the necessary information to install this offense if I had to. As for pros, there are some good drills in here that I've found useful with my U13 team, and Coach Clarke is a good presenter. As for cons, I thought the video footage of some of the drills ran way too long. Also, the format of the video has the coach talking at the white board at the beginning of the video, with all of the practice/demo video at the end. It works for some videos but not this one. I would have preferred to see a back and forth between white board and field demo to break it up a bit and to help emphasize some of his progressions. Instead, for the last 2/3s of the video we get to hear his voice over on the practice field while watching his players conduct various drills. Again, my biggest complaint is the video doesn't 'build' the motion offense as advertised. It definitely provides some useful pieces of motion offense concepts, but leaves a lot out. You get to the end and go, "that's it?" I'm still waiting for Championship videos to put together a comprehensive video, or set of videos, that shows youth coaches how to build and implement an offense step by step.
