Coach Smith also includes variation points so that one diagram set is used for three or four actual drills. Superior video resolution. A few of the drills are recorded at too narrow an angle and you do not see all players progress until their immediate involvement. Seeing this is an important teaching tool about how to use space to control timing and anticipation. This DVD needs a few extra chapter marks to navigate drills quickly. There is a single block 50 minutes you need to hit and miss through. Other DVDs like "Overspeed Skating Drills" & "Ready For Battle:" have multiple chapters making it quick and easy to find the drill you want. Best of all is that the Instant video divides it into only 4 chapters so you can hit play and sit back and watch for an hour before having to go to the next chapter to his play. I have to say i don't like the new instant video option. I live in a rural area with a poor internet connection. I will not buy that way again. There just isn't enough flexibility.
