Phil Longo, the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of North Carolina through 2022, has a wealth of coaching experience and knows what it takes to run a successful offense. Practice Management Philosophy

Coach Longo begins with an explanation of his coaching philosophy and thoughts on what it takes to build a championship caliber offense. He also shares his thoughts on specific traits that he looks for in the quarterback position. A large portion of the presentation is dedicated to practice organization, both in-season and preseason, and provides some interesting insights on practice timing and communicating with staff and players in the most efficient manner.
