When I first started to watch the video I had no idea what he was talking about as WR is completely new to me. After he took what he spoke about in the "lecture" part and married it with the practice and game video I was able to understand what he was talking about.
I feel this will help me coach my players. That is the bottom line.
I would look forward to a video from Coach Moore on separation from press coverage. (He gave a few tips in the Q&A)
