I decided to get the instant video of this product because I live and coach in Big 12 country and have been impressed by Iowa State's turnaround this year. It's got some good drills, but the best part is being able to see how each position coach teaches their players in a live practice situation. Videos I've purchased in the past from Championship have mostly been Powerpoint presentations and this one is more work on the field, which is refreshing. I recommend this product if you want to see how a Division I coaching staff conducts practice.
