Offensive line play starts with a physical mentality and the base fundamentals of each block. The goal is how can you simplify and make the drills muscle memory, so they can play fast on gameday. 

Each block starts from the ground up with your stance and the explosion out of that stance. 

Coach Jalani Lord takes the footwork of each block in both zone and gap schemes, showing the repetitiveness and detail with each step. Throughout the drills there are quick tips on easy ways for you to remind your players how to remember the emphasis of each technique. 

Each drill is broken down to the step and finish of the block, which then takes those drills into their game film.

You will see Coach Lord also sets up the counters from the initial sets.  The drills shown takes you through the complete pass set from first step to counter of a defensive lineman move.

Inside Zone is an effective play by allowing the rules to be simplified for the offensive line to play fast and react quickly. The look, lean, climb rules can be used against any front and allows for the offensive line to be consistent and quick in reacting to the defense. 

Coach Lord takes you through different variations of the play to change the look for the defense, but keep the play base for the offense by adjusting just one or two people's responsibilities.
