The Air Raid is typically thought of as a "10 Personnel" offense, leaving 4 receivers and a running back to the devices of the quarterback. However, as the game of football continues to evolve, coaches around the country have realized that 20 personnel - 2 running backs on the field with 3 receivers - is a productive way to pick up blitzes and create 1-on-1 match-ups on the perimeter.

With that, being able to also run the football effectively and in tandem with the 1 back running game is essential to any offense.
