Mitchell begins with a ball handling series that incorporates stationary and movement drills. Once it's complete, he showcases shooting exercises that focus on footwork and form. In order to become a positionless player, Mitchell provides practice methods that will help athletes improve their post moves from the low block and from the high post. Finally, he delivers his favored method for training 3-point shooting.
