The coach would walk through what he wanted and then the players preformed. I would have to modify it because at times the lines are too long, but otherwise super! Was this review helpful? There are not a lot of DVDs out there packed with so much tenacity and program altering drills. Great twists to some traditional approaches to defense. Highly recommend. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful? Yes No Open Practice: Ball Pressure Defense Drills on October 3, 2017 Currently 5/5 Stars.5/5 Stars 5 by JohnBostrom881 There is nothing overly innovative here, but what is here is consistently solid and focused on aggressive defensive principle. A big plus is that he uses his own players who know the system and the drills, so little time is wasted getting things going. If you like aggressive transition defense, slightly different takes on the shell drill and defensive ball screens, that sort of thing then this could be for you. This a D3 program which isn't a bad thing at all, and I think makes it closer to a really good HS program. I'm looking forward to seeing the other two DVD's in this series. 5/5 stars. 4 of 4 people found this review helpful. Was this review helpful?
