If you're in need of a quick score to pull close and give your team a chance late in the game, how about the iconic play that won the 1992 East regional Final between Duke and Kentucky? The game against Kentucky and Duke is one of the greatest NCAA tournament games ever and this play is what won the game. In overtime, Kentucky pulled ahead with 2.1 seconds remaining. Duke called a timeout and had a play for Christian Laettner. Grant Hill threw the ball 75 feet to Laettner, who dribbled once, turned, and put up "the shot" as time expired, giving Duke a 104-103 victory.
