This starts out a bit basic, with the back-to-back drill for blocking out and a few others that are similar. Some of the drills here you'll definitely have seen before, but there were quite a few I hadn't - especially the offensive rebounding drills.
There is a transition rebounding drill and a free throw rebounding drill, both of which I'd never seen before, but on the defensive rebounding side most will be familiar.
Even though the video is 68 minutes long, the last 20 minutes are spent on Q&A. During the Q&A is when the mentioned out of bounds set comes in, using a 4-low set for m2m and box or stack for zone.
There are a lot of drills here, although not all are gold. A good video but not sure it's needed if you already have Izzo's and Prosser's rebounding videos, which I still prefer.
As an aside, this video may also bring back memories of the 70's. You'll understand once you watch it. 4/5 stars, solid but doesn't match the quality of the others mentioned.
