The video starts out slow with a more aggressive take on the old zigzag defense drill, which goes on for almost 15 minutes - just way to long for a drill like this. Next up is the 4 vs 4, where coach calls a name and that defense person has to run back to touch the end-line. It's not a bad drill, but is a very common drill.
The third drill shown is called progression, which is 2 vs 1, to 3 vs 2, to 4 vs 3, to finally 5 vs 4 and then 5 vs 5. Again i'm guessing most coaches have seen and used this before. At this point each drill shown is taking almost 20 minutes each, because of the multiple interruptions.
The fourth drill is called man down, showing how to play with a 'man down' (e.g., twisted ankle, etc). This is basically 5 v 5 into 5 v 4, with one man 'going down'. He ends with close out drills, something everyone should be familiar with these days.
My biggest issue with this video is that he constantly stops the action to correct people that have never seen his approach before. He then makes them do it again, and again, and again. It ultimately makes the video seem much longer than it's actual 80 minutes, and tedious as well.
Because of this each drill goes on for much longer than is necessary. Five drills in 80 minutes is too little content for the time given.
