There are a half dozen really great drills. Very useful and I really liked Coach Fennelly's perspective when he talks about coaching in general.

This DVD was not very good at all. All coach does is talk and shows the drill last 1 min of each segment. Unfortunately not what I was looking for. Wanted some new shooting drills and concepts but all it showed was him talking and drinking water. Can I get a refund?
