Good energy, A LOT of teaching points and drills if you want to implement a pure 4-1 motion, if you are looking to take over a program and team and run a pure 4-1 motion this dvd has almost everything you need covered with buildup play and coaching.

This is really good. You get lots of drills. I especially like the rebounding drills. You get to see film sessions. Coach Coale talks before and after each practice talking about what was good/bad and what she is looking for. Disk 6 is her coaching clinic. There is a lot of good stuff in these videos.

Absolutely outstanding all access video. By far the best one I have purchased. Coach Coale is an extraordinary teacher of the game and her emphasis is what I think all coaches strive for in their practices, regardless of what you run. If nothing else, I learned how to structure my practice better and get more out of my team. If you can only by one All Access I strongly recommend this one.

Purchased this because of so many great reviews and was not disappointed. Sherri Coale is an outstanding teacher and motivator. Her knowledge and enthusiasm is very impressive. So many great drills and teaching points. This is definitely a must buy!

If you like drills, then this DVD set is for you. You cant even begin to count the number of shooting drills, passing drills, footwork drills, defensive drills, etc you'll get in this set. For that it's WELL worth the money.

The one thing that shocked me about Coach Coale was how her practices are so laid back. The culture in her program is very different than what I was expecting. Obviously she is a tremendous teacher of the game, she just goes about it in a way that's more "fun" for her players. She's definitely a players coach. I was expecting somewhere between Frank Martin and Mark Few (the most laid back coach on the men's side in my opinion). But what you'll get is a very relaxed atmosphere that's very giddy in my opinion. It really made it hard for me to watch. Its just not the style of coaching that I use or I'm used to seeing. Just goes to show you though, there's more than one way to do the job and, bottom line, be yourself. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Other than that, its the best bang for your buck by far.

Very good All Access. I have many All Access DVD's and this one ranks among one of the best as far as teaching goes and as far as things you can take away and use with your own team. It even has a great bball clinic on one of the DVD's where many good drills are presented and explained.

2. Coach K (National Championship year)
3. Tom Izzo's All Access
4. Sherri Coale
5. Scott Kross (amazing defensive teacher)

This is one you need to have in your library if you want to learn effective fast break drills, good guard drills, very good post drills, and all-around quality teaching. Every time I hear or see Coach Coale on DVD or in a coaching clinic she teaches exceptionally well.

Pick this series up.

What a terrific coaching resource! You get many drills, (especially fast break drills) that are really great drills to run. If you like fundamental stuff, there is a ton, from rebounding, passing, closing out, etc. Shooting drills were awesome, defensive drills were great. The best thing about the tape however is Coach Coale's teaching/coaching style. She teaches the game very well to her players, and is an excellent communicator.

If you get coaching DVD's to get better as a coach, learn new drills, and also learn how to teach important concepts better, than these tapes will not disappoint you.

FYI, this is the best tape in my coaching library!!

Exceptional dvd. Coach Coale really aims this dvd for coaches.It is very user friendly and very honest.She really makes an effort to produce a quality dvd for coaches.There is a tremendous amount of information here. I have four all-access dvd's and this is the best.

It was superb. If you are interested in watching some teaching and intensity, this is the one you want. I have bought three of the all-access (Geno A; Mike K) but this is one is the best. The film session portion is tremendous. You will not regret purchasing this set.

Have been thru all 6 disks a couple of times now.I enjoyed all dvd's. Still giving it a 4 because it concentrates on the guards and wings and just don't see enough of what the bigs are doing. I would tell anyone that for the money this set is 100% worth it. I will be buying her AAU series by the end of the month because I enjoyed this one so much. Have used some drills in my practice and the girls love them. I really enjoy how she keeps the team up with cheering and clapping and she encourages it when the drill is going.

Best DVD Ever! So many great things use. Great explanations for each drill as well as a purpose. This DVD will not disappoint you at all, and a great value for the price as well. Coach Coale does a great job!!

OUTSTANDING!!! COALE HOLDS NOTHING BACK, SHE'S A GREAT CUMMUNICATER AND THERE'S TONS OF DIFFERENT DRILLS AND PLENTY OF KNOWLEDGE SHARED.

This was my December buy. I have only watched the first 3 and currently on the 4 dvd. I really like what is being taught and the drills. The only thing I can say is when they seperate the guards and forwards I don't see much of the forwards drills. You see it on the screen but hard to follow because focus is on guards. This is why I have given it 4. Will write anothe review after I'm done all 6. Extremely happy with buy and will purchase her AAU series next because of her quality of coaching

The best All-Access DVD I have bought. Coale not only shows the drill but goes into why she does the drill. Excellent Excellent Excellent. I wish others would follow her lead.

Wow, probably one of the best All Access video offered. Really easy to follow. Lots of great stuff on video. Highly recommended.

Great videos best all access I ever brought

If you ever wanted to know how a basketball practice should run, look no further. Coach Coale does an awesome job of teaching her players and you the viewer. She not only explains the how but also the why behind the drills she runs. This is one of the very best dvd's I've purchased.

I could not wait to purchase this dvd set. Coach Coale is an excellent coach and this DVD is yet another example of how great a coach she has become. The film portion was excellent. This was a great add-on for the all-access dvds. I like the wealth of drills, how the practice is structured, how great of a teacher Coach Coale is, how she teaches the players after a mistake, and how great of a motivator she has become. This is a great DVD to add to your coaching collection.

Another excellent All Access production - Coach Coale does a great job of teaching and motivating. I really like the addition of film room scenes and Coach Coale's comments summarizing her practice at the end of each session - really good.
Two complaints though:
1) At times, the drills are filmed from bad angles - often can't see how the drill is setup
2) I know her motion offense may be perimeter oriented but the post is still a pretty important part of the offense and very little attention is paid to the post drills - can see them occasionally but I think it would have been helpful to spend a little more time showing the post drills - they are good but they get very little camera time.

Was waiting for this purchase & did not disappoint - Really enjoyed this DVD.

Well put together & includes a copy of practice plan as Bonus feature. Also enjoyed the "Film Session" portions of reviewing practice and the overview before each DVD by Coach Coale.
