In order to have a better comprehension of this DVD you should buy the first 3 DVD set. In this DVD after a brief presentation of Kloppenburg's principles of SOS defense you get to see a presentation of how you can disrupt aggressively several kinds of offenses using this system.

Enjoyed this DVD very much, it was very detailed. The diagrams were very descriptive and the on court simulations thoroughly showed me how the D worked.

Can't say the DVD is worth the money. It assumes you've watched the first SOS tape which I really liked. This one shows you how to run the SOS against different offenses and Out of Bounds plays. If that's what you are looking for, it would be worth it.
