Offensive execution 

Situational hitting is on full display in this practice, as hitters are worked through various counts and offensive situations. Listen up and take notes, as Coach Cirella gives feedback about timing, targets, and driving in more runs!  

There is no standing around as hitters become runners and are pushed through various situations, all the while getting feedback. This drill package includes 5 situational hitting scenarios that give instant feedback to both the offense and defense. 

Defensive execution

Situational defense requires a game plan! Coach Cirella has created a system that continually puts his players in various situations, giving them the best chance to make the right decisions. Using a scoring system that pits the offensive vs the defense, the defense is pushed to make great decisions and execute.
