Jackson demonstrates multiple drills using the batting tee to perfect contact points, hit to all fields, create a level and proper swing path, and drive through the ball. In addition, he shares several soft-toss and short-toss drills that can be used on-field and in the cage for gaining complete plate coverage, learning to hit the ball to the opposite field, improving rhythm, hitting off-speed pitches, quick hands, and tracking pitches.
