This DVD offered some helpful tips but overall left out a lot information relevant to the drills. Each drill leaves the viewer expecting to have certain aspects covered but it is almost like they are intentionally left out to be saved to used for some other video. In my opinion, too much key information not presented. Will exchange this item.
