Basketball Shooting Drills - Scared shooting

Description:

This drill helps you shoot with someone runninig at you.

Instructions:

1 person at the free throw line and the rest out of bounds. The person out of bounds throws the ball at the person at the free throw line and runs at them full speed trying to block the shot but not fouling the shooter. When the shooter gets the ball he shoots it as fast as he can. Then the defender becomes the shooter and the shooter goes to the back of the line.
