Want to help your shooting, ballhandling, and your defense? Try this drill!
One player stands at the baseline while the other player is at the free throw line. The player at the baseline rolls the ball to the person at the free throw line. At the same time the ball is being rolled the person that rolled is running up to play defense on the man picking up the ball. The player with the ball now has three dribbles to shoot and make the shot. If he does he wins if not the defensive man wins. Switch every time.
