Good and quick warm up drill.

Instructions:

First start off with 10 press ups, then 10 star jumps, and last skip on the spot for 2-3 minutes.

Number of Players:

As many as needed.

Tips:

When warming up make sure you are not cold and always strecht before games.

Variations:

You can add in more warmup drills into it.
