Basketball Conditioning Drills - One bounce lay-up

Description:

One bounce lay-up

Instructions:

Start about 7-8 feet from the hoop, each player does a one bounce layup. The next round move back 10 feet or so and repeat a one bounce lay-up. Each round move progressively further from the hoop.

Eventually the players will end up throwing long overhand passes and then trying to catch up with the bounce.

It's a good workout and its fun.
