Great free throw shooting drill that includes conditioning drills as well.
A player is given the ball at the free throw line. The teammates then choose whether the shooter will miss it or make it. Have them stand on one side for miss it and the other side for make it. The ones that picked wrong get to do a conditioning drill of the coaches choice.. suicides, wall taps, chairs, etc.
