Basketball Post Drills - Mikan Drill

Description:

The Mikan Drill is a layup/hookshot drill performed underneath the basket.

Instructions:

First, a right hand hook is taken (on the right side), upon gathering the rebound a left hook is taken. REPEAT, and try to beat your own number of makes.
