Basketball Post Drills - KG Face-up

Description:

An effective face up shot performed by Kevin Garnett. Espescially effective against a bigger slower defender.

Instructions:

Pick a side of the basket to go from and get about 10 ft away. Get ball with back to basket. Face up using your foot closest to baseline as the pivot foot and fake two times baseline. Then pull a jumper or fade-away.

Keep working on it and do it on both sides.

Go both sides.
