Description:

Running down the court.

Instructions:

Run down the court 1 time, 2 times, 3, 4, 5, and so on up to 10. A down and back counts as 2 times. All the running will add up to 55 times down the court.

Number of Players:

None

Tips:

Pick up the pace a little after each down and back. By the time you get to 10 times, you should be sprinting.
