Basketball Conditioning Drills - 40-39

Description:

Make 40 combined lay-ups in 2 minutes

Instructions:

Split the players up at both ends. Then one dribbles as fast as he can to the other end and tries to make the lay-up. While this is going on at one end, the other side is doing the same thing at the dribbling toward the other basket. When one finishes the next person under the basket rebounds and sprint dribbles to the other end.
