Breaking the press with a limited number of dribbles.
One team sets up in a press of any kind. The offensive team must break the press. The first time down each player is limited to 3 dribbles. Second time, each player has 2. Third time, one and the last time the press is broken with no dribbles

Emphasize teamwork, finding the open man and movement.
Coach can switch each time down. The offensive team can become the defensive team. This variation teaches transition.
