Techniques covered include the stand-up, the leap frog (excellent for less explosive wrestlers), quarter turn stand-up (great against spiral rides), the tripod and the cross wrist roll. Other techniques that Baumgartner discusses include how to stay in the proper power position, getting off your belly and keeping an opponent down.
