This dvd covers the basic takedowns a young wrestler shoud know. His students are middle schoolers and this is about the difficulty level of the moves he teaches. These moves are definately applicable in for all ages and can benefit anyone who pays attention to his little pointers and overall approach to each situation. I will say that if you have wrestled more than 3 or 4 years, you probably want to look for another dvd that is more specific to what you struggle with because you probably know these moves pretty well.
