I did not find this video to be helpful, or insightful. Production value is poor. You do learn the basics of the 1-4-1, but that information could be shared on the bottom of a snapple cap - instead of stretched into a video, that is not very cheap.

This is a good 1-4-1 instruction dvd. He goes over some BASIC concepts for the offense. He does most of it in a skeleton form, I would have liked to have seen it with some defensive players to give it more depth and realism. Let me save you some time. The dominant message is dodge-pass-pass-dodge.

One of the better videos I've purchased. I like the mix of chalkboard and on field demo. I've already implemented some of what Cottle presents here with my own team. A good overview of the 1-4-1; the best I've been able to find so far!
